Although New wave communicated professionally, I was redirected elsewhere as I am an individual wanting financial advice for growth, investments and planning. I was told that because I do not have a business they couldn’t help me. This was disappointing as their website says they do more than just businesses and misleading.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Katie at New Wave after she reached out to me about renewing a policy I had long considered dead and buried. Over the past ten or more years, I had made numerous unsuccessful attempts to cancel it directly with the company holding the policy, eventually placing it in the "too hard" basket. Then along came Katie’s email. Over the next few months, Katie went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with the process of canceling the policy, which had originally been set up by my father over 40 years ago. With patience and diligence, she methodically worked through the necessary steps—transferring ownership of the account to my name and ultimately securing its cancellation. To top it off, I even received a nice refund in the end. Thank you so much, Katie—I only wish you had found me ten years earlier!
