Called when my AC decided to break during the near 100 degree heat wave we had last week. They came out same day, right when they said they would. I ended up having two issues with my system, a broken water pump (which had left water all over the basement floor), and a broken part on the outside fan causing it to not spin up anymore. He had all the parts needed to fix the issues and was upfront and clear about the costs of each (which were very reasonable). In about an hour from the time he pulled up, both issues were diagnosed and repaired which was a huge relief mid-afternoon on a 98 degree day. Overall I would highly recommend New York Heating and Air Conditioning. Incredibly professional, punctual, and reasonably priced.

Danny was unbelievably quick and efficient with his work. He thoroughly explained what was going on with our system. Called him Saturday night and he was here bright and early Sunday morning, can not recommend NY heating & AC enough!!!

It was 80 degrees on our house! I have young children and the heat was causing sleep issues. Danny was responsive and explained every detail down to the weather temperature best for repair. He is very punctual. He came with all equipment necessary for the job. The leak was found by using a special tool. Danny repaired the leak same day. My Central Air is running like it never had an issues. Thank You Danny our house is the perfect temperature & ready to take on these hot weather months!

Great service and fair pricing. Danny was professional and thorough with his work. My particular central a/c installation was quite challenging with existing rusted out equipment. However, Danny worked quickly and with incredible focus while dealing with extreme heat and limited work space in my attic. The unit I have now works perfectly now.
