I ordered an arrangement which I was recommended to be a very nice arrangement for $75.00. There was also a delivery charge of $15.00. The tax brought my purchase to $95.00. The person receiving the flowers sent this picture. This looks like a $40.00 bouquet. I called Richard to inquire if there was a mistake. He immediately got annoyed and defensive and without he even inquiring about my order, he said "I don't know why I'm even talking to you" and hung up. My recommendation is that you get better quality flowers from another florist and stay away from these nasty con-artists.
