I consider myself blessed to have found Conley at Newby's Auto Center. He spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with me explaining how the axle, CV joint and boot all work together. He was also the best of 3 quotes. Additionally one of my doors was making a noise when it was opened. They tightened the nuts on all the doors, and charged me nothing. The dealer said it may need to have the hinge replaced, which was over $400 for just 1 door. Upon entering the business you can tell it’s well managed and cared for; as it’s the cleanest auto repair shop I’ve ever seen! The staff was all friendly, polite to each other, and knew their roles. Other shops needed several hours to repair, they completed in just over 1 hour. I am not the only person who is grateful for their service they provide at Newby's Automotive Center, as witnessed by all the customers who have taken time to write them thank you notes (see pictures)! Highly recommend!!

Service provided was excellent. They were very understanding of my circumstances and needs and accommodated the completely. I have a PT that I plan to store, but did not run due to fuel filter and pump issues. They removed the tank and relaced the pump and filter and advised me of other issues that they found but did not push me to have that worked done at that this time as many other shops would have done. They even brought the vehicle back to my house when they saw I was in a walking cast and the PT is a stick shift 5 speed.

I have had so many bad experiences at many large auto repair shops in Henderson and Las Vegas. This place is fantastic and I’m so happy to have found them!! I took my car in not knowing what the issue was and if it could even be fixed but they did it! Great customer service and so incredibly friendly and trustworthy. Price was great too. Can’t recommend enough!

Craig and the guys were awesome They fixed The brakes on my daughter‘s car that other shops said couldn’t be done. These guys are honest and the prices were perfect. most definitely will use newbies again for my other vehicles

Newby’s Automotive center is a great place to do business. The mechanics are very thorough in checking many points on my car that I never thought about. Reasonable for all you get. I had synthetic oil change and transmission drained and replaced as part or usual car maintence.
