My Nissan had an orange engine light on the dashboard that had Klosters and Cardiff Nissan scratching their heads (and charging me each time they took a stab in the dark at the problem). Apparently their computers are not as diagnostic as they would have you believe. I was at the end of my tether with the problem, and was referred to Newcastle Auto Services who used good old-fashioned mechanical knowledge to identify and correct the problem. That was months ago and the problem has not returned. I'm so happy with the courteous service I received there and would highly recommend.

David was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the whole process. He treated me with a lot of respect and took the time to explain everything clearly without ever making me feel silly for asking questions. I asked quite a few questions and he patiently walked me through everything. I really appreciated the clear breakdown of what was wrong with my car and the transparency. It made the whole experience much easier and less stressful.

David and the team were exceptional. I had recently lost some faith in trusted mechanical services prior to having his team look over my WRX. I was told previously by my dealership that a recent issue was severe and would be at significant financial cost. After the back and forth headache, I met with David who with his team demonstrated warmth and professionalism in conjunction with quickly correcting the diagnoses and had me walking out of his shop with appropriate repairs at a fraction of the previous quotes. Their patience and support working with my busy schedule was refreshing and further my trust was rebuilt from the experience in working with a Subaru specialist. Dont waste your time here. They are a bunch of crooks. $1027 to a replace a radiator that then failed, blew my engine and ended up costing me over $5000 in repairs. In what world does a radiator replacement cost over $600. They didnt even replace the thermostat for that price. If you want an expensive job, with crappy parts and crappier people, go here. Why now: Because you didnt take my complaint seriously and after reading all your other 1 star reviews you have. I think it was worth a reminder for you to do the right thing by your customers and for people to know what kind of shop you run. The only reason my engine blew was because of your dodgy radiator and shotty workmanship. It had to be fully replaced again along with all the components and my engine. Nothing to do with the age.. Take ownership of your work. Have a read of all your 1 start reviews and reflect on how you treat people and repeat of the same problem again and again. Its a trend. Its not me its you.. seems to be your only offensive. Its working great now no thanks to you. I had all brand new tyres. 🤣 your a joke.. have a great day cowboy. Final response: Its okay, i have all my interactions and calls you rejected recorded. Enjoy dealing with the accc. Early Christmas present for you. You deserve it.
