Wrong parts arrived after order which wasn’t their fault but they left it until the day it was supposed to be installed to look at the part, we booked for 8am after waiting a week for the part, received a call at 2.30pm saying they haven’t got the right part, in total we wasted a week waiting around Newcastle as we live in the van and got know where. we told them how important our time was as we were only travelling through booked the first slot of the day and the part wasn’t even looked at until the afternoon let alone installed, didn’t seem apologetic just tried to usher me out the door to be honest

I had a really great experience at JAX Auto Repairs. David answered the phone when I called and was incredibly supportive, especially as I was quite emotional after being given the wrong diagnosis elsewhere and quoted over $1000 for repairs. Dave took the time to properly diagnose the issue with my ute and quickly realised it was something much simpler. He had the problem sorted in about half an hour and saved me $700. Honest, efficient, and genuinely helpful service. I’m very grateful and would definitely recommend JAX Auto Repairs to anyone needing trustworthy mechanics. Thank you

Jax provided excellent service when I needed help in a hurry, fitting a replacement tyre, they also stored my car during the period while I was not able to pick it up. Many thanks to David and Ian nothing was too much trouble!. Highly recommended.
