Went there for a tyre balance. The staff said I needed to replace my tyres and rims as they were "oval" shaped. I had multiple second opinions. They all proceeded to tell me that was BS and I just needed a tyre balance. I've been told this is a strategy to sell more tyres and rims. I've now got the tyres balanced at another tyre shop which fixed the problem. Pretty disappointing Jax tyres would try and get me to buy rims and tyres totaling $2000, when all I needed was a wheel balance. Taking advantage of people just because they lack knowledge in an area or have trust your telling the truth is pretty disgusting. Thanks Jax tyres.

Bloody epic service. These guys are genuinely great with their customers. We needed a baby seat swapped over for our two-year-old and they managed to fit us in the very next day, right before New Year’s. Absolute lifesavers. We had a long holiday drive coming up with our toddler and it made the whole trip so much more enjoyable and stress-free. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Good tyre price and fast service but staff could've been better. It was a madhouse on Saturday morning and nobody took time to listen to me or treat my car with care. I think they just want to do as many jobs as possible to make the most money.

My car incurred a sudden oil dump due to an unknown (at the time) part defect recall (Toyota). I arranged my car to be towed to JAX Tyre & Auto to diagnose the extent of the issue. After a short time I received a call from David (Sales Manager) at JAX informing me of the cause and notifying me that this problem is covered under warranty. David went above and beyond and contacted Toyota on my behalf to gather the necessary information. David also kept me updated on the relocation of my car to the local Toyota dealership for repair. There was no charge incurred for this service and information, David simply provided exceptional customer service and represented his business with great professionalism. I have had my vehicle serviced and repaired at this mechanic shop before and all the team are incredibly efficient, honest, and helpful. Thank you again for your help. This experience has shown what true customer service can be.
