We cannot speak highly enough of this pest company. Manos took over our termite treatment after a very stressful experience with a previous specialist who was unreliable and unprofessional, and the difference has been night and day. He has been prompt and consistent with visits, extremely hard-working, and very professional. Communication has been clear, kind, and approachable at every stage. Manos took the time to patiently explain the treatment process, termite behaviour, and what to expect moving forward, which gave us real peace of mind. Pricing has been fair and transparent, and it’s clear they are highly experienced and genuinely care about doing the job properly. After a difficult start with termites, Manos and his team have restored our confidence and made the process far less overwhelming. We are very grateful and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing termite treatment or pest control.

Greg was so professional and friendly. I highly recommend his services and he represented the company to a high standard. I have been using another pest control company in the past and I am so glad I made the switch. He was more thorough and friendly compared to other people we have used in the past.

Amazing experience with these guys, we got a general pest spray which was done very thoroughly, ensuring we were informed of the process and going above and beyond with the treatment. SAM definitely deserves a RAISE!!! 10/10 customer service, very professional and chatty. Overall would 100% recommend.

We first had our house sprayed last year and didn't see any pests until last week. We instantly booked our second spray with Newcastle Pest Exterminators and couldn't be happier with the service we received. Sam and Oliver came this morning and both were super friendly and professional and the spray was completed quickly and without fuss. Sam gave us a detailed run through of what to expect and answered our questions. 100% recommend if you're looking for a friendly, effective and reliable service.
