A very messy job. Our external paint job has left marks all over our windows and fly screens. Our carpenter kept giving us feedback as he watched the painter work - care was not taken to prep/seal etc. We would not recommend.

What a nightmare. Don't believe their ads! I was on a strict scheule and they called me the day before to say they couldnt come as planned. Then when the came, they left two junior painters alone who decided that the job was finished with one coat and they left. No clean up- a thick layer of sanding dust over my whole apartment, the skirting boards were left sanded but not painted and the walls looked unfinished. No one contacted me to say the job was finished. I only realised this was what Newline thought was a finished job the next day when I sat around waiting for them to return. By the time I realised noone was coming, I had missed a days work. After many phone calls needed to convince them there was an issue they sent someone out to see what the problem was but seemed annoyed that I expected the job I was quoted for. I had to agree to LESS painting to be done than I was quoted for just so I could get something decent finished. Then again they never called to tell me they were finished so I wasted time waiting for them to finish. I had pictures hung by a professional picture hanger so told them not to remove any hooks- which they did- and then tried to gaslight me and denied it when I pointed it out. The final clean up was still less than satisfactory and they left the paint tins for me to dispose of. No one contacted me to see if I was happy after the issues we had UNTIL I forgot to pay the bill- ththeof course they were onto me +++. They offered to come back and fix what I wasnt happy with and do a clean up- THREE WEEKS after the job and I had the place professionally cleaned and moved out. I booked these guys because they say they are different than the others, hassle free, full clean up etc. None of this was true.

Edward and his team from Newline can’t be faulted!! Their professionalism and efficiency exceeded all expectations. They are quality tradesmen, very respectful of our space and left it in great condition at the end of each work day. Great attention to detail. Each of the team were extremely pleasant to deal with, easy communication including Roi at head office. Exceptional!
