I want to leave my review about services of maintaining my lawn by Nexgreen 2069 Builers Pl in Columbus Ohio. We had this company for about 15 years in old house and after my husband died I moved to a smaller house but kept this company. I was very happy in the old place and I am very happy now. I had several issues and problems in my new situation but situation was taken care of by a Manager Luke Himes. Luke is very responsive and responsible. I always feel like my house matters to him. He is very polite and always helped me. I highly recommend talking to him if you have any kind of problem. Recommend Nexgreen as you lawn company Thank you Diana P

This was my first year using NexGreen, and my lawn had suffered from years of neglect. They’ve done a remarkable job bringing it back to life. Their customer service is just as impressive. After the weed control service, a large patch of my lawn showed clear signs of damage. The grass turned yellow and started dying, and even after natural rainfall, it never recovered or turned green again. The damage was just at the first few lanes at the very beginning of the treatment. Would there be a risk of too much weed control chemical sediment at the bottom of the tank being applied at the beginning that overkilled the regular grass? Been their customer for 3 years and called customer service twice to wait for someone showing up soon.———— *Update: the manager showed up and assessed the damage caused by burns from their machine. NexGreen will be responsible for the recovery. They’ll do seedings as much/soon as possible. Looking forward to a good recovery soon.

This is our second season using NexGreen. We have been very please with our service and really like that information and tips the tech gives after application. Our tech, Mike does a great job. Our kids tend to leave a lot of things out in the yard and he goes out of his way to pick them up and move them (which I feel is really extra…not his job to pick up after my kids) when he easily could just spray around. Easy account management as well.

This will be the 3rd season that Billy has been taking care of my yard and it has been a crazy turn around! When I bought my house in 2021, the lawn was green but it was literally all weeds. I tried to use Scotts turf builder and water and do all of that which helped but it still wasn't looking as good as I really wanted it to. I called Nexgreen and the biggest reason I chose them was because it is safe for my 2 dogs. Within the first summer of Billy treating my lawn the weeds were gone and then it became a game of greening and thickening up the grass. Last year was the best its looked so far and I cant wait for the first application to get it woken up and growing again. He also is a wealth of knowledge on planting and caring for my lawn and he is always happy to answer questions.
