Had a 1" gash in the back of my head from a slip in the bathroom. Couldn't make an appt as it was after 10pm so headed over to the Urgent Care to wait. Luckily there weren't many people in line & was out of there in about 30 mins. The doctor & staff were terrific. Thx!

Easy to check-in. Wait time took an hour but was able to check wait time with front desk staff and queue on website. Transparent in billing policy and procedures. Provided options for self-pay /no insurance. Friendly and courteous staff. Quick evaluation and diagnosis. Left home with proper instructions.

I had to go to an urgent care clinic due to my chest pain. I was a walk-in patient. I like the check-in system they have. I didn't have to wait too long. Facility was pretty clean. They have a vendo if you get thirsty while you're there. Staff is nice. Doctors and nurses are knowledgeable. my only thing would probably be that before they do any xrays or anything aside from the checkup, it would be nice to be informed if insurance covers it. I was told in the room that I needed a chest xray. It's cool they have the means to do that right there, but I had no idea it wasn't fully covered by my insurance. It would've been nice to be informed of that before the test was done.

Thank you to the team and providers for helping me last night. Walk-in. Check in was easy. I asked a few times my place in line and they were nice about it. Answered all my questions. Was able to identify the issue. Treated me and sent me home with meds. The wait was not long. Thanks again!
