I have no knowledge of HVAC and called this guy this afternoon because a previous tech left my AC not working. Fella said "I'd hate to charge for a service call, sounds like you just need to flip a switch" and told me where to find the switch I needed to flip. Now everything works great. So many contractors would have realized I'm a no-nothing idiot, charged me for service and at least a half dozen parts I don't need. These guys told me how to fix it over the phone. Unbelievable kindness, I know who I'm calling when stuff really breaks.
