I’ve been using Nice Guy Auto for years and have never been disappointed. I have A 2001 ford sport trac that they keep running for me! They are very honest and trustworthy! Prices are always very reasonable and competitive (I’ve checked)!!! Glad they are open on Saturdays again! You all live up to your name and reputation. Love you all!

Jason and the guys went above and beyond not only to ensure the safety of my vehicle but also the quality of work that they put in. From start to finish the team was nothing short of professional. Today, my ride put their knowledge and experience to the test. As a single mom with a heavy schedule, my vehicle is my family's lifeline. Finding a reliable garage with competitive rates and availability was dire. Jason and his team honestly and efficiently assessed my ride and categorically informed me of issues that needed immediate attention, as well as what I could expect in the future. I feel comfortable knowing that Nice Guy Auto & Transmission is a business that stands for integrity , dependability, honesty and compassion. The drive home was the smoothest drive I've ever had since I've owned the vehicle. Bearings, tie rod and sway bar ((talk about riding it till the wheels fall off, that's almost what I did)) Thanks to a wonderful team of "nice guys" I can safely get back to providing for my family. Thank you again Jason, Ivan, Ryan, Damien and Bennett for all of your hard work and getting us back into a vehicle we can trust. You guys ROCK!!!

These guys are the best! Honest, kind, fast, and somehow also amazing at keeping plants alive. I’ve been bringing my car here for years, and they’ve never steered me wrong. The prices are fair, the turnaround is quick, and they’ll actually tell you what’s coming up so you can budget instead of panic. Both shops are great. The one on Little Creek is my go to, and the Orapax location has this wild front desk made from the front of a car. There are plants in their waiting areas and they are thriving! One time my friend’s car needed work while she was visiting from out of town, and they had her back on the road in no time. They live up to the name… Nice people, great mechanics, and surprisingly nurturing plant parents. Ten out of ten, would trust with my transmission and my monstera.

On god I will never go to another mechanic for as long as I live in Virginia. Within 5 minutes of my phone call and 5 minutes upon arrival they had me taken care of. I felt like family coming in here after being scraped over the coals by places like PepBoys, Firestone, and even the dealership. I was losing hope and minutes from a break down. Truly a blessing!!!!

My son dropped his car off on a Thursday and got it back on Wednesday. Someone quoted him a price that was way higher then the estimate he signed off on. They were able to correct the problem on thier end and he paid closer to what he was estimated. I picked the car up and it had been ransacked by someone. Someone stole a state inspection, car camera, sunglasses, cologne, and other misc. items. We talked to the owner Jason who was very empathetic that it happened and offered to try and correct the problem. I definitely appreciate him for listening to me and hearing me. The shop did great work and fixed the car at a reasonable price. They came recommend by my main mechanic but there were other issues with the car that was a little pricey and they even recommended another shop that might be cheaper. I respect a shop that understands they don't always have to fix your car but help you to getting fixed period. I do believe they take on more cars than they can fix due to they park on someone else lot to store cars hint where the car was broken in at.
