Kevin did a great job. Didn’t try to push me beyond my budget or target. Was honest about neighborhoods and quality and availability of my target. Set me up with a great inspector. Everything was super smooth. Less than 8 weeks from hiring Ratliff to moved into my new home!

My husband and I recently worked with Kevin at Nick Ratliff Realty to buy our first home, and we had an incredible experience. From the start, Kevin was thorough and communicative, and he helped us find options within our price range that matched what we were looking for. Kevin was great about advising and guiding us through the process while still allowing us the autonomy to move forward as we wanted to. We're grateful for everything that Kevin did to make our first home buying process seamless!

If you’re looking for a realtor, you won’t do any better than Nick Ratliff. We’ve worked with Nick and his team on two purchases and two sales, and every experience has been outstanding. He consistently goes above and beyond at every step of the process. Nick is not only extremely knowledgeable about the local market, but also has a strong background in construction—which means you get a well-rounded and honest perspective on every property. He’s one of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve ever met, and he truly cares about his clients. He stays in touch, builds lasting relationships, and is always willing to help, even outside of a transaction. Thanks to Nick, we found and secured our dream home, and he also helped us achieve excellent results on our sales. We can't recommend him highly enough!
