I can honestly say that I loved the whole process of learning mantra meditation online. Living rurally, I have tried for a long time to find a mantra meditation course online or locally and this has been the first I have been able to find. Non-guided mediation had always seemed elusive to me and sitting in silence just seemed so hard. After completing the course with Nicole, I was confidently meditating, twice daily for 20 minutes.
