We visited Niji for a light lunch and it was absolutely great. We ordered the Niji roll, salmon maki and fried squid. The service was prompt and very friendly, attentive staff. Beautiful restaurant and lovely decor, would definitely visit again
Went to Niji and was greeted with a smile and a hello, the food selection was amazing, very spacious restaurant and i have to say its 1 of the best sushi restaurants I've ever been to. Food is made fresh and the portion sizes are great. If I ever go back to Bristol I will deffo be goin back to this place.
Had a wonderful dining experience at Niji Sushi Bristol. Ordered tuna sashimi and ox tongue skewer to start. Both were amazing with quality hard to come by and reminded me of dining experiences when travelling to Japan. For main I got the sea bass set which was once again very impressive. The place is well-decorated and clean, while all staff are friendly, polite and efficient. Thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Would definitely recommend to everyone who would like authentic Japanese food in Bristol!
Highly recommend this restaurant, visited today and had a great experience. Not only is it a very pretty place with well thought through design and decoration, but it’s very clean too. The food and drinks were amazing, decently priced with lots of variety and not a long waiting time. Staff were friendly and helpful. 10/10 thanks guys 😊💜 can’t wait to visit again
Niji had a good selection of sushi, and hot food and I would highly recommend the purple yam katsu dessert - something different from the usual dessert options. The chutoro was good quality and I wanted to try the otoro but unfortunately they had sold out so be mindful if you want to try it to not go too late in the evening. Sashimi slices were thick-cut too. The sweet potato tempura uses purple sweet potato instead of the typically-seen orange flesh ones which gave it a unique and more earthy flavour - would recommend ordering this too! Definitely one of my favourite Japanese restaurants in Bristol and I will be coming back and recommending to all my friends. The restaurant itself is very spacious, and atmosphere is good and not too loud. It's a great place for meeting with friends and bigger groups although I would note to leave more time to find parking as it is in the central Bristol area.
