Overall great selection, I understand they sell merchandise at market price. However, recently released merchandise should be at MSRP until theirs at least a stable market price without fluctuation.

Love this store been going there since 2010! They definitely carry a lot more items now and rare and hard to find plush and figures! Also amazing selection of blind boxes!

Absolutely love Ninetails! They have all things Sanrio and Anime! The employees are super friendly and helpful! The owners Justin and Taylor have done an amazing job making the store a fun place to shop!

I been there a couple times to check out their blind boxes and stationary, the owners are super nice and everyone that works there is a joy to be around! They have tons of Sanrio, anime figures, some Pokémon and their own merch that's super cute. My favorite part is if you open a blindbox in store, you can trade for the display from that series if you prefer. 🫶🏽💕

I went in there recently and noticed they are carrying fake figures and the real figures are also over priced. This item is just one of many that i noticed. Just want shoppers to be careful even though the shop looks cool.
