Recently bought a frame and immediately sought Bicycle Heaven Colonnade for their help. Richard, Moses, and Gian all took care of me in their own ways throughout the process. I appreciate their patience, advice and help throughout.

The staff at the Colonnade Bicycle Heaven treated me well! I took the bike in to have both tires changed. I wasn't in a hurry, so I offered to leave it there and pick it up after Christmas, but Ian said he could take care of it right away, so I waited there and got a few questions answered while he worked. I appreciated that very much. Tubes + labor + tax was $71. Thanks, y'all.

**edit** called the other location just to verify, wanted to check if dude was just being a hater on the type of bike or if it was legit. the other location confirmed that they are just so backed up with work that they are referring people to other shops if the bike wasnt purchased at that location. its good to know, but unfortunate nonetheless. Just called the shop to see what they charge to assemble bikes. I ordered a couple of bikes, they come partially assembled, but they want them assembled by a shop and for me to provide a receipt, in order to activate their warranty. The man i spoke with on the phone immediately recommended different shops to me and i explained they werent within range. I asked do they not offer the service and he replied, and i quote ''No, we only work on the bikes we sell". I repeated that back to him 'you only work on bikes you sell'? and he said yeah, we are an authorized specialized dealer, we only work on specialized bikes. Dont waste your time with this place.

I brought my bike in for a tuneup and some minor upgrades. I had it serviced at a different shop a few months prior and when I rode it afterwards it was not fixed. I brought it to Bicycle Heaven Colonnade and they took a quick look at it, they were about to close, and informed they had a long wait time on service. I called back and brought it in when they were available. The techs gave me a quote and rundown of everything it needed as well as options for those repairs. I did not feel pressured to replace any items and appreciated the knowledge of the crews working on my bike. I'm glad to know I got it fixed up correctly and for a good price!

I can’t say enough good things about Giancarlo and his team at Bicycle Heaven. After buying my bike from them, the service has been absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—even tracking down a stubborn noise in my drivetrain that I couldn’t figure out. They didn’t give up until it was completely resolved. It’s rare to find a shop that cares this much about their customers and stands behind their work the way they do. Highly recommend Bicycle Heaven for both sales and service!
