From the 1st phone call enquiring about a home filtration system to the finished job, I was so impressed with No Probs. Jacob the installer of the system was prompt, polite very knowledgeable and left the site spotless My only regret is I didn’t install one earlier my whole house loves it ! Being able to drink from the tap, soft on the skin, no more calcium build up in the showers even the clothes are softer ! Could not recommend No Probs and a home filtration system any higher. Huge thanks to Declan!! Responding to a difficult situation, Declan was understanding, kind, and very thorough. The workmanship was very professional, and in his own words promised “I won’t leave without a smile on your face” he genuinely meant this, and delivered on that promise. It’s one thing to deliver on a service promise, but to come into a difficult situation, and to not only deliver a quality outcome but surpass expectations and build real trust… is impressive. Aka highly recommend Declan! Also shoutout and thanks to the ops team at NoProbs for coordinating, prioritising and sending Declan to resolve our issue.
‘‘Twas almost the night before Christmas’…on 23 December, the toilet started bubbling when I used the shower, the toilet wouldn’t drain, the shower slooooowly drained & the kitchen sink drain water was to the top of the drain! I got my little Aussie director out and found No Probs Plumbing….called them up and the lovely Jordan arranged for their plumbers to attend the next day between 9 & 11. In the mean time I tried to get someone else in the same day…the other mob could come within a few hours….however, without investigating the issue, quoted over $1300 and wanted a 50% deposit, they sent me a text with the bank details & promised an invoice would follow - that never arrived…..Needless to say, I did not go with the other mob & confirmed with No Probs Plumbing that the next day would be fine….as I had another working toilet! Two No Probs Plumbing vans rocked up around 10:30 the next morning & two brilliant young tradies did a thorough investigation (of an unusual plumbing system; which my strata neighbour had already filled me in on) and popped the Jetta & camera through the troubled pipes. Some further investigation confirmed, not only was the pipe blocked but for some reason there is no vent pipes installed for either of the toilets! My neighbour doesn’t have one either! I was tensely watching the clock when the No Probs Plumber said they had finished and that the drains were clear & I would have no more issues with that (a fat/grease plug that the previous owner had left me !) however, they would also quote for a vent pipes installed & could come back at another time if I wanted that doing….as the house is 30 years old, I think it can continue without them…..I was dreading the price for 2 plumbers, a through investigation and clearing of the blockage on Christmas Eve, using their exy machinery, climbing around the roof looking for the missing vent pipes….especially after the other mob quoted me over $1300! But I was very happy 😊 with both the price $735, and the amazing professional service I received from No Probs Plumbing! I would not hesitate to recommend No Probs Plumbing and will use them again when I change my gas point in the next few months! Thank you for your great work No Probs Plumbing!
I required a water filter to be installed under my kitchen sink. No Probs plumbing were very easy to contact, consultation appointment organised & arrived right on scheduled time. Declan was very polite,informative about products & very efficiently install the water filter at a reasonable price. Thank you. It was refreshing to deal with a genuine,down to earth tradesman.
