I do not recommend Brian DeCarolis and not quite sure how anyone who has been defended by him with anything larger than a minor offense could rank him much better than 2 stars at best. As a local businessman with over 25 years of experience working with numerous attorneys, this was the least effective legal representation I have encountered. After paying a substantial retainer, I received minimal substantive work. At one point, Mr. DeCarolis declined to appear in court on my behalf, stating the matter was “too last minute,” despite having already been retained. Requests for a clear legal strategy, defense framework, or explanation of approach were repeatedly met with vague responses such as “let’s worry about now.” When court appearances did occur, there was no apparent preparation or defined course of action. The representation appeared reactive rather than deliberate. When asked why potential defenses or outcomes were not discussed, Mr. DeCarolis stated he was “not one for hypotheticals.” In my experience, anticipating legal scenarios and discussing strategy is a basic expectation of competent counsel. In my opinion, a public defender would have provided greater structure, preparation, and advocacy than what I experienced here, without the associated financial cost. The only professional and consistently responsive individual involved was his legal assistant, Dena. Unfortunately, that did not offset the overall lack of preparation and direction demonstrated by the attorney. Based solely on my experience, I would strongly advise others to seek alternative representation before committing funds or wasting a call to this office.

Brian' is a savage in the cort room he has the court system figured out. Brian has been a part of my life for many years from him playing against me being a D.A in Greece when i was a youth, which many do not know he played both sides of the law as a magnificent, chest plaining mindset of his he is my type of attorney . I chose brian because i'm a very mental person and I thought about how he mastered both sides of being a D.a and then becoming a criminal defense attorney, the guy is a complete genius. He knows every step the d a wolf taken, he will be in front of the da to jab at everything they throw at him. Cool ,com .&collective with one thing on his mind win and get job done. In every step of the year in half of the cases we had great communication, He is straightforward.He does not sell you a story with his high ranking lawyer presence you realize your in the best hands money can buy reamber you get what you pay for that how the world works 💪 wouldn't be here today with out Brian's &james money well spent his professionalism is out the roof

Brian DeCarolis is truly the epitome of an amazingly talented, caring and absolutely professional lawyer!! I sought him out to represent me with my firearm legal troubles and to say that I am beyond happy with his help would be an understatement! Brian helped me through the darkest days of my life and was incredibly thorough brining to light every possible outcome of my situation and never once tried to “sell me a story”. He was straightforward, incredibly professional and answered any and all questions helping ease my mind whilst making sure I was aware of every aspect of my case. Brian was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough during the entire process. Brian represented me on two separate cases and if there was ever a question he would provide an answer promptly. My phone calls were always returned before the end day. I never felt out of place or misinformed. His commitment to his clients is impeccable. Highly recommended.
