We used Noel’s to alter two velvet bridesmaids dresses! We needed the slit lowered and both dresses hemmed. Noel’s did an amazing job! You could not tell any alterations had been made. We also used them to hem my husband’s suit pants. We dropped them off on a Friday and asked if it was possible to pick them up by Tuesday AM. We were notified on Monday that they were complete! This will be my new go to alterations place.

I have been going to Noel’s for over 5 years. They have always done great work. However, a couple weeks ago I brought in a pair of Ragnbone jeans that needed to be hemmed as the pants were way too long. I was actually going on vacation last week and put them on in my living room for my husband the nite before my trip and at that moment, I realized that there was a huge mistake in the alterations that were done. The jeans are about 3 inches too short and they are WAY too high-watered to wear. I have no idea how this error occurred - maybe the alteration person must have read this man’s handwriting upside down and thought it was 36 and not 39. I am unable to wear these brand new pants that I got on sale for 179. (I actually took the tags off when I handed over the pants to him for alteration.) When I went in to tell the owner, he immediately just started yelling at me and would not even listen to me. I asked him numerous times to please stop yelling at me and said that yelling was not going to solve this problem. This was the same man that wrote the measurement on the back of his receipt of the yellow card a few weeks earlier. I had my yellow receipt card with me and I asked him to get his card as I could show him that an error was made in measurement. He said he was busy and he would look at the card later as it was in the back. There was no one else else in the store but I was not going to argue with this man. In that moment, I realized with his conduct that this is not an ethical establishment. He was very angry, scary, and I felt he was trying to intimidate me. In the end, his son did come out. His young son was very polite and respectful and told me to come back tomorrow. However, after I went home and thought about my experience - I will not go back. I was only asking if there is a way to add a piece of material to the bottom of the jeans OR give me a credit for price of jeans. I had told the the man from the very beginning that I believe it was an innocent mistake and we all make mistakes. However, the man was so busy yelling, I don’t believe my voice was ever heard. The man - who I assume is the new owner - should be ashamed of the way he treated a regular customer today. Very sad. I will not be back ‘tomorrow’ nor will I ever step foot in this establishment again.

10000/10 Wedding Dress! Staff was professional, helpful and very experienced. They both assisted me in two separate fittings forgetting in and out of my dress. They were knowledge and helpful in helping me make decisions to make my wedding dress perfect. The pricing was even better! Other places quoted me 3x the amount. Even better my dress was done in less than 2 weeks. Everything I would have to say about them was positive!
