The service I received was top notch. My feet feel so much cleaner! The skin alongside my nails now feels good, and the nail beds have been gently well trimmed. In addition, during my appointment, my heels were well cared for. I set up the appointment because I lost my own pumice stone at home. Now, following my appointment, my heels are less likely to snag when I finally decide to put on a pair of socks for cooler weather. I am so grateful to the salon attendant. She was attentive, ensured I had what I needed, and was receptive to my style of comfort. She was tactful and did her job well. My appointment wasn't recognized when I arrived. However, it wasn't a problem. Though the salon was pretty busy, there was a chair available for me. Perhaps the issue was that I had booked so close to the appointment time and was new to their system. The building is mostly established, but they appear to have room to grow. The decor near the entry is complete, as is the decor over the manicure station. The pedicure stations are comfortable and have everything necessary (better than some), but it appears that near the rafters, the elaborate decor (pretty balloons with pearled beads) isn't quite ready yet. Overall, I was very satisfied. I will go back soon if given the opportunity.
Claudia was so helpful she communicated so well! she told me every price before we even started and told me the difference between all of the nail kinds! She took her time and made sure I liked everything from color to shape! I definitely will be coming back to her!
If you’re looking for a nail salon that can do it all, you’re in the right place. Look no further!! A salon that offers an amazing experience as well as staff that is kind, attentive, and artistic. I have been getting my nail services done here for the last year and I always get designs on my nails. The staff is amazing and the nail retention is phenomenal, I’ve exceeded 6 weeks and have never had any issues. They do offer drinks as well as cocktails and throughout holidays offer themed drinks. I do believe walk-ins are accepted as well as appointments! Be sure to make an appointment or check them out for you nail salon needs!!
Absolutely one of my favorite places to go and relax by myself or with a friend. Everyone is so nice and welcoming the BEST NAIL SALON in Lubbock Tx. I always leave so happy couldn’t ask for a better nail tech and salon everyone is so talented, beyond proud of how hard this team works together!!!
Mila does beautiful nail art!! I give her a new picture every time I have appointment. I have never been disappointed! Everyone that works at Noir can do nail art . The pedicures are wonderful!! I have friends that come from Austin and Dallas to get Manicures and pedicures at Noir. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
