The CPR class was very thorough. Anna, the instructor was very professional. I learned how to do CPR On both children and adults. This is extremely useful training. I really enjoyed the class. They really walk you through how to do it. I feel confident now that I could do CPR. this should get a 10 star rating
I recently completed the CPR and First Aid course, and it was an excellent experience overall. I’m very glad I chose to take this course through NorCal EMT. Although I’ve completed several CPR courses online in the past, the in-person format provided a much clearer understanding of the requirements and gave me the confidence to actually perform CPR and first aid in an emergency. Dave, the instructor, was outstanding—he kept the class engaging and made the day fly by by blending clear instruction with humor. I highly recommend this course.
I recently completed an NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) class, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, the course was exceptionally well-organized, informative, and engaging. The instructor demonstrated extensive knowledge and experience, explaining each concept clearly while connecting it to real-life clinical scenarios. This made even the most complex material easy to understand and apply. The online modules were straightforward to navigate and well-designed, reinforcing key points before the in-person portion of the course. During the skills session, the instructor was patient and supportive, ensuring everyone had time to practice until they felt competent and confident. The class also emphasized the importance of communication and leadership during neonatal resuscitation—skills that are often overlooked but essential in real emergencies. Overall, this NRP class exceeded my expectations. It not only improved my technical skills but also deepened my understanding of how to respond effectively in high-stress situations. I left feeling prepared, empowered, and motivated to apply what I learned in my practice. I would highly recommend this course to any healthcare professional involved in newborn care. It’s an excellent investment in both professional development and patient safety.
I have updated my CPR/First Aid training every two years for decades now, and this was one of the best classes I have taken. Our instructor, Dave, did a great job of explaining the why behind the what, which not only helped me remember the "what" better because it had some context to live in, it also helped me feel confident that I could reason my way through an emergency rather than just memorize steps. Also, he was loud enough to hear, spoke clearly, felt prepared, and didn't fumble around the A/V set up. The three-hour class had one break about two hours in, and he told engaging, real-world stories that helped time pass more quickly. The mannequins were clean and all the lights worked. I especially appreciated the epipen and AED demos, as I had never used either before. Just a great class all the way around.
This was my 2nd CPR & First Aid Training through Sun City Roseville and it was AWESOME! Gratefully, we had the same trainer as last year and she was thorough, knowledgeable, focused, supportive and a wonderful speaker! She clarified options for anyone with physical limitations to perform skills for effective CPR. Being a new grandmother I am so grateful for this opportunity and hoping it will be offered again next year. I recommend anyone who could benefit, which is all of us, from CPR and Fist Aid to contact this company and schedule a class as soon as reasonably possible!
