Worst company. You book with them, and they will just cancel your reservation without any explanation go with someone else that's trustworthy. Tried booking twice on two different occasions at two different locations for my kids birthdays and both were cancelled for no reason...
I just had an excellent experience with NorCal Jump. I booked last minute on Tuesday afternoon for an event that same Sunday. Not only were they responsive and prompt, but they upgraded our jumper to a double slide due to availability at no extra cost. They were timely and seamless all the way through. This is not only the most affordable jumpee business in the bay, but uniquely, had the opportunity to customize your jumpee with requested characters. Overall offered the most utility, highly recommend
We were pretty dissatisfied with our experience with NorCal Jump. - They were 1.5 hours late to our sons birthday party - we had booked them for 3 hours so 50% of the services we purchased were not received. We communicated with them the entire time and we asked them to drive safely but please hurry. - the delivery person forgot to collect the cash we had set aside for them - the next day we received texts from the business asking us to “not scam them” and “pay immediately” (see photos) We felt shortchanged and a bit villainized. We won’t be using them again.
We used NorCal Jump for my son's birthday party and was happy with the pricing, efficient delivery, length of time allowed and seamless pick up. It was easy to place the order and all went smooth. The jumper was clean and kept the kids happy all day. I would definitely use NorCal Jump again.
We have Used them 4 times now and each time has been smooth and successful! They are always on time (sometimes early!) fairly priced and nice to work with!
