When we needed a roof on our home in the Bay Area, we looked at many companies. NorCal Roofing and Construction was the most professional we experienced. The quote was accurate and fair. We chose NorCal Roofing. We shopped and compared estimates for our roof as well as reviews by the BBB ratings. The price for the 50 year composite shingle came in just above average but they offered more for roof ventilation, flashings, sealing/water gaurds. The project manager Michael Porter was very friendly and informative with the different products and different options. He also gave a step by step discription of the process and timeline. We had our whole roof stripped, re-reoofed, and replaced gutters and downspouts. We also had our patio resealed and covered. They started within 2 weeks once we decided to go with NorCal Roofing.They knocked it out in 3 days from start to finish. The roofers were very friendly, respectful, and efficient. We highly recommend NorCal Roofing as they did a very professional job. We changed from white grey to Burnt Sienna.
Called for estimate. Mike was out within 3 days. They were able to start quickly. Very prompt and professional. The day after completion it rained we noticed a couple small leaks in the gutter corners. I texted Mike about it and he had guys over to fix it within the hour. Very professional. Excellent work. We love the new look it gave our house and so do all the neighbors. We highly recommend NorCal Roofing.
