Miranda was very friendly and courteous during our conversation. We encountered initial issues with the transaction related to the card used. Despite the need for follow-up calls, she maintained patience throughout the entire process. I also had the opportunity to communicate with Cindy via email regarding specific delivery instructions. She responded to me very promptly, and Miranda also called to reassure me that the instructions would be followed. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this company if you require delivery services within the Norfolk, Virginia area. Their pricing is very reasonable, and the floral arrangement was very beautiful, surpassing my expectations. P.S.
