North Italia in Peoria is outstanding! The food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented—loved the vibrant seasonal salad and the decadent Braised Short Rib Lumache in creamy Parmesan sauce with arugula and herbed breadcrumbs. Paired perfectly with a smooth Whistlepig Rye Old Fashioned. But what truly made the night was our server, Samantha—she was absolutely fantastic! Incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, spot-on with her recommendations, attentive, warm, and genuinely made the experience special. We’ll be back and requesting her section every time. Highly recommend—5 stars!

Had a wonderful date night here. The food was amazing and authentic Italian food. Portion sizes were huge so you can definitely share. The butter cake was delicious (it is not warmed if you like that).

Loved the ambience and food. The pasta is made from scratch and is absolutely delicious. The little gem Caesar salad is very fresh crusty and scrumptious. Strozzapreti was out of the world. The best mushroom pasta I’ve had so far! Highly recommend Chicken Parmesan was delicious creamy.

Once again, a basic request for extra condiments was ignored. More concerning, however, is the quality control of the food itself. The avocado served with this order was visibly unacceptable, and it is difficult to understand how anyone felt this was appropriate to plate and serve. This product should not have been served under any circumstances. We have given North Italia multiple opportunities to improve, yet the same issues persist. At this price point, the inconsistency and declining food quality are simply unacceptable. The value no longer aligns with the premium pricing, and experiences like this are a major deterrent to returning. This represents a significant failure in both execution and standards—and it warrants immediate attention

Came here on Christmas Eve and sat at the bar. Great choice. Started with cocktails - well-made and beautifully presented. The garlic shrimp scampi was amazing - buttery, garlicky, and the grilled bread is perfect for soaking up the sauce. The prosciutto pizza with pesto drizzle had a nice char on the crust and the toppings were on point.
