My facial was THE most relaxing experience I have ever had, Kenzie is incredibly knowledgeable . She gives you a thorough assessment of your skin, makes sure you are comfortable with everything she does and walks you through what to expect and offers recommendations on products. My skin feels sooo amazing and looks younger, brighter, firmer in just an hour.

North Scottsdale Med Spa is the best. The people here take care of you and your best interests. If you are looking for a laser service, come here! I had my laser hair removal and a few facial treatments and the tech was so kind the whole time. She explained throughly and I looked so amazing after. I got filler from the injector, she was so amazing and did not do anything without warning. She was so patient with me as I was asking a lot of questions haha. From the second you walk in, to the second you leave, this med spa treats you amazingly. Thank you to the kind staff for always taking such good care of me! If you are ever looking for a medical spa, this is where you need to go!

Colleen is the most amazing laser technician. She is very talented, experienced and knowledgeable about every aspect of skin. My skin looks and feels it’s best. I get compliments weekly. People are always asking me about what I do for skin care. I always refer them right to her because she is The Best !!

If you’re looking for the BEST injector then look NO MORE! Karen is in a league of her own and my face is forever grateful! No only is she behind personable and fun to be around, she’s a true master at her craft. I have already referred at least 8 people to Karen and everyone has been so ecstatic with their results. I even have two friends who drive all the way from Chandler for this incredible woman. I have also now finally had one of their incredible facials, done by Kristen, and it truly was the best facial I have had in over 5 years! I absolutely love how this med spa has become my one stop shop. So happy this med spa has become my one stop shop for 3+ years now.

Had the most amazing experience and always love spending time with the best injector in town, Karen @filler_fairy ❤️ She is so talented and has a heart of gold. With the busy holidays coming up, wanted a little refresher and knew just the place to call! Not only is this place beautiful, it is high end and clean! I was greeted with a warm welcome by the owner Daniella and Aisha, and taken right back for my appointment. Love my results and highly recommend!!
