I sadly had to put down my cat Opie after a long battle from hyperthyroidism and IBD. Dr. Ruth and her team (I am so sorry I can't remember your names) a tall blond slender vet assistant who was so gentle, and the woman with the long chestnut brown hair and glasses that was at the front desk was always so warm and thoughtful. They gave me 4 extra years with my boy, and I am forever grateful. They were so kind and compassionate, and I could not have asked for a more peaceful rest for my boy. Thank you so much.

Dr. Brown at North Spokane Veterinary Clinic is nothing short of extraordinary. Over the past three months, she provided unparalleled care for our beloved Cole, who sadly passed away from lung cancer yesterday. From the moment we walked through the doors, Dr. Brown’s compassion, dedication, and expertise shone through. She didn’t just treat Cole—she fought for him with every ounce of her being, exploring every possible option, leaving no stone unturned in her efforts to give him the best chance at comfort and quality of life. Dr. Brown’s approach was a perfect blend of professionalism and heartfelt empathy. She took the time to explain every detail of Cole’s condition, treatment plans, and prognosis in a way that was clear and comforting, ensuring we felt supported every step of the way. Her genuine care for Cole was evident in the way she tailored his treatments, adjusted his care plan as needed, and always prioritized his well-being. She went above and beyond, advocating fiercely for him, whether it was coordinating with specialists, researching new therapies, or simply spending extra time to make sure he was comfortable. The entire staff at North Spokane deserves immense gratitude as well. From the receptionists to the veterinary technicians, everyone treated Cole with such kindness and respect, creating a warm and welcoming environment during some of our toughest moments. Their teamwork and support made a world of difference, and we felt like Cole was part of their family, too. Though our hearts are heavy with Cole’s loss, we are forever grateful for Dr. Brown’s tireless efforts and the incredible care she provided. She gave us precious time with him, and her compassion made an unbearable situation a little more bearable. If you’re looking for a veterinarian who will treat your pet with the same love and dedication as their own, Dr. Brown is truly one in a million. Thank you, Dr. Brown, and the entire North Spokane team, for everything you did for Cole and for us.

Luna played a little too hard at the dog park and ended up getting a broken nail 😅 was freaking out a bit (a lot lol) but Nikki was offering great advice and helped book an appointment the following day! Luna normally gets so much anxiety at the vet but everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Emily was amazing and patient once Luna’s nerves was heightened when it came to removing the broken nail. Dr. Jordan was amazing as well when it came to suggestions for Luna’s basic care. They were very transparent with the pricing of everything and even tried their best to avoid making it more expensive which I appreciate!
