I enjoyed the promotional facial so I bought a package for 3 facials. I scheduled all 3 appointments on Mondays 2 weeks apart. I was assured I could get them done before heading back north. First appointment- doors locked, lights off. Closed. I did get a text but it arrived while I was driving. (I do not look at my phone while driving.) I left several messages all week but they were never returned. The following Monday I get a message to confirm my appointment (I didn’t make) for the next day. I tried to call back but the mailbox was full. I did go. Second appointment- doors locked, lights off. Closed. I called again several times that week to reschedule. Finally a guy answered and told me he was just answering the phone. He couldn’t reschedule but would pass on the message. The next week I go by and they are open. I tell the guy I showed up for my appointment with him but he wasn’t there. He tells me they were all in Port Charlotte to open a new location that week. So? No one could call me to reschedule??? I rescheduled. Third appointment- this Monday, March 23. I bet they are not there. My other issue- the facials I purchased are not the same as the original facial. Therefore for all the above reasons I DO NOT RECOMMEND this spa.
