I booked NQ64 for a Christmas party for 80 people, and the service from the staff was brilliant. They gave us a warm welcome, answered all our questions, and kept us up to date on food, tokens, and timings. The music was great—a mix of hip‑hop and R&B. The food was really tasty; I rated it 4 out of 5 because it arrived 30 minutes later than scheduled. I understand this wasn’t the NQ64 staff’s fault, as the catering was provided externally, which is why I reduced the food rating rather than the service. I would definitely book NQ64 again.

Cannot recommend on food, however the arcade bar can be quite loud and busy. We had some issues with the tokens as the machines haven’t been reliable with us feeding it. We pointed this out to staff and got a few coints back. most games don’t give you a full turn and break up e.g. during a race (motorcycles), which is extremely frustrating as you get prompted to incert more coins. The whole experience wasn’t worth it, we opted for a lovely game cafe on the same road.
