This salon needs to full clean up the dusty environment. I booked pedicure service at this salon as first time today. When I arrived to the reception and sat on the waiting bench, I regret to book this salon already. The bench was so worn out and dirty, and after that, I noticed that most of the chairs for customers in the store were in the almost same condition: worn out and very dirty, with a hole on my seating chair. The staff chair was also dingy and unclean. The drawers in the store was also covered in dust, and there was a cotton on the floor, but no one seemed to care, and the staff who had free time was looking at her cell phone at the counter in the back. Furthermore, the nail technician left the LED nail lamp directly on the floor when she didn't use. The paraffin treatment was sloppy and painful and lacking of noticeable in their customer service. The LED lamps were placed haphazardly on the towel rack at the back, and I saw lots of dusts. I seriously doubt that the salon is cleaned regularly, especially before opening and after closing. A beauty salon must maintain the cleanliness and hygiene, given that they work with customers' body. Nails, hands and legs. In the end, the nail color was at least beautiful and the finish was fine, but will never go back.
