I had a great experience today and highly recommend NTB. I had a flat tire and little time to spare as we were driving back to NC after the holiday. The manager squeezed us in and replaced 2 tires with virtually no tread. The service was exceptional and the prices were extremely competitive.

I had a flat and happened to be close to The NTB on Greentree Rd, so I limped my way there unannounced. Matt (the manager on duty) was great and extremely knowledgeable. He and his team were courteous, helpful and had me repaired and on my way in no time. I’ll definitely come back.

Amazing staff and service! They stayed open an extra 30 minutes to get my tires replaced and it was done efficiently and with speed. The waiting room had a tv, magazines, books, coloring books, and refreshments. That made the time go by so much smoother. On top of all of that the staff was super friendly and very helpful. I would definitely reccomend 10/10

Booked an appointment for a tire/ installation after hours for their first appointment at 8am and they were great!! Staff was friendly and professional, didn't even blink at the late-notice appointment. Didn't try to upsell anything. I was in and out and made it to work on time. Thank you guys!
