I love this place! Fiona is so good at her job. I get laser hair removal and it’s worked wonders! I use to grow hair like crazy and now it’s almost nothing. It’s so fast and easy! You’re in and out in minutes. I will not go anywhere else but here. Highly recommend!

I had my CO2laser treatment and Sculptra done at NuCell with Fiona and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my results. I’ve been to a lot of different places for acne scarring, and I can confidently say this has been the best experience and outcome so far. I already see a big difference in my acne scars, especially in texture and depth, and my skin looks smoother and healthier overall. If you’ve tried other treatments or providers without seeing real results, I highly recommend NuCell. This is the first place where I truly feel like my skin is improving!!

Absolutely outstanding experience at NuCell Skin Med Spa! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely cared for and welcomed. Fiona is truly amazing she’s not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what she does. She took the time to explain every detail, made me feel comfortable, and tailored the treatment perfectly to my needs. The results have been fantastic, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. You can tell Fiona truly loves helping people feel confident and beautiful. This place should not be allowed to operate.I don't understand how she has so many high reviews.They look fake. The place is sketchy. Before fiona tries to defend herself, I have been advised by my doctor and also another clinic that has assessed the damage she caused.I have a video of me bringing up my concerns and repeatedly being shut down. When I questioned what she was doing, she said things like “the laser doesn’t burn,” "it's not burnt", "it looks like that because I'm not done yet", “it’s just red,” and “do you have ice at home?” Because she didn't even have any to give me. Both my doctor and other clinic confirmed that what I have is a superficial burn from the laser. And that it would likely take 2–3 months if not longer to look normal again, not the “three days” she falsely claimed. TREATMENT- I went in for a simple eyebrow laser treatment. I had only a little bit of left over yellow from previous sessions with another clinic ((microblading removal)) Fiona lasered around my eyebrows and even inbetween my eyebrows without telling me and without my consent. What I wanted was very clear, the procedure is very straightforward. I made it very clear what I wanted because this is a procedure done on my face. (Only the yellow). As you can see in the photos she did not even do the yellow areas, instead sketched around them. I even asked several times before she lasered if she analyzed my skin and yellow to the machine which she said yes to. I want to say that Ignoring consent is dangerous. No one should be trusting their face to someone who ignores consent, ignores safety, and ignores obvious injury. ‼️CHECK YELP FOR MY VIDEOS ‼️ I felt bad burning as she kept going over the same spots repeatedly.I even felt a few zaps between my eyebrows.Not only that, the light from the machine seemed way too bright through the goggles, I remember this happening at the other establishments but it was never this intense. I rewatched my video & looked more closely. I saw cheap goggles on my face.. they look like they came from AliExpress.This is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS and her negligence can cause someone to go blind. She put "Medicine" on me with an unlabeled bottle. She Didn't even tell me what it was. I felt something was wrong and told her to stop and for me to see it Immediately you could see the swelling and burns See photos below 👇 The photos don't do the wound justice, it looks a lot worse in person. When I brought up my concerns, she repeatedly told me “this is just how the procedure is done,” which is absolutely false. I’ve had this exact service done several times by a real professional with zero damage. I have the photos to prove the difference. She refused to listen, dismissed my experience, and acted as though I didn’t know what I was talking about. I even had to send her a YouTube video of how it's supposed to look. That's how incompetent she was. I was nearly in tears from seeing the damage and Fiona and her receptionist kept telling me I “worry too much” and that “this is how it is,” several times, completely disregarding the fact that I was in obvious pain with visible burns forming. The way they handled this situation shows a complete lack of training, empathy, and professionalism. Not only that, Their dismissive attitude made it clear they had no interest in my well-being, only in brushing off responsibility. When Fiona told me I “should have expected this” because I “signed the contract,” it was the most outrageous and unprofessional thing I’ve ever heard from someone in this industry. Saying that a signature somehow makes it acceptable to burn a client’s face, ignore their consent, and dismiss their pain is beyond negligent it’s dangerous, and it shows a complete lack of ethics or basic human decency. This type of conduct is a serious violation under most state cosmetology and medical board regulations These statements alone show how little accountability she is willing to take and how unsafe it is to trust her with any procedure.
