I have been seeing Kelly for laser hair removal and she is just amazing! I wanted to find a place that was affordable and had experience with pigmented skin tones and found both in Nuderma. Their prices are very reasonable (after looking at several places in the area). Kelly has so much experience and immediately put me at ease! Even after 2 sessions, I have noticed a significant improvement in hair texture and haven't had to shave my underarms, legs, or bikini area. I wish I had pulled the trigger on laser hair 10 years earlier! Highly recommend Kelly and Nuderma

For many years I have visited many practices with desires to address my skin issues regarding "severe" hyperpigmentation & more. Nuderma Health & Med is by far the absolute best practice I have yet to frequent! Unlike many other practices, Dr. Spencer 100% satisfied ALL my concerns on my very first visit. Not only did I receive the treatments I desired, he was extremely easy to talk to, open minded and genuine. I did not feel like a pay check for once. I didn't have to go through hurdles and multiple appointments wasting time and money to accomplish my desired treatments. Extremely rare these days, If I could give 6 stars I would!!

This was the worst experience ever. The chemical peel caused a severe reaction, leaving me with milia, dark spots, and hyperpigmentation. When I returned to address these issues, I was simply advised to see a dermatologist. Despite asking multiple times about potential side effects before the procedure, provider never informed or warned me of any risks. Additionally, the front desk staff and provider Kelly Mercer gave conflicting information before and after the adverse reaction. Please do not waste your time, money and mess up the existing precious skin texture They completely change their tune after you make the payment.

Got scheduled for a different time than discussed in the call, I tried to reschedule and the lady on the phone was very mean and hung up on me when I asked for a confirmation text
