I cannot recommend Catherine highly enough. She was very personable, professional and very knowledgeable. I was referred to her by Qld Art Gallery and appreciated her wisdom and years of experience evident. Don’t rely on google or AI go to someone like Catherine who knows her stuff.

I contacted these guys about selling some family heirlooms. My reception wouldn’t allow me to send photos so rather than giving me an email address they sent me a very rude message claiming items that are generations old aren’t antique without laying eyes on them. Very bad business.

Kev and Cath are very personable and likeable. Nothing is too much trouble. We have known them for many years and have enjoyed their company and assistance on numerous occasions. They have a wealth of experience and knowledge in antiques , Cath. with her experience employed with the Museum of Taiwan and their numerous trips to China. Their knowledge of Chinese artefacts is unrivalled in Australia . We have acquired a number of pieces from them and have always been totally satisfied with our items. I just love visiting Nudgee Rd Antiques There are so many lovely items to look at in fact i have been there over 10 times now and never seen it all. Catherine, the owner is a very funny and delightful person and always makes me feel so welcome. I also love the Coffee in the Brickhouse cafe I believe its the best coffee in Brisbane.. I highly recommend a visit.
