I had the best experience in Nunez fine Jewelers. My partner and I visited 11/10/25. We talked with Cynthia Nunez. I was upfront that we were there for information purposes only that day. We are intrested in getting a custom ring made and that we were pretty sure we wanted to source our own stone. She was SO helpful and extremely knowledgable! [ not my experience at other buisnesses ] She did NOT write us off when we mentioned we want to source our own stone. She just informed us of some of the risks of doing so. She was able to answer all our more technical questions and gave great advice. We visited mulitiple Jewlery stores that advertised "custom jewlery" that day and she by far made it THE stand out experience. We will be back !

I have come to Nunez for about 10 yrs thanks to Millie. Nunez has the best customer service ever. Their quality of work and craftsmanship is unmatched. We need to clone other businesses JUST like theirs. The world needs us all to resemble their kindness and appreciation of people, not just their business! I walk away feeling better than I did before I walked in simply because of the energy received. What an awesome Family business ❤️❤️!

Came in last week to get my new ring and my mom’s old wedding band resized and was so impressed with how friendly everyone was and how fast they got it done! They really mean it when they say “same day.” I dropped the rings off around 10:30–11 a.m. and they were both ready for pickup by about 1:30–2 p.m., which was way faster than anywhere else I’ve tried. My mom’s ring was a tiny 3.5 going up to a 5, and another big-name jeweler told me it couldn’t be done — but Nunez not only did it, they made it look brand new again. It’s a 30-year-old ring that honestly looks like it did when she first got it. I’m so happy with how everything turned out and will definitely be coming back here in the future!

Debbie, Cynthia, and Pete REALLY SAVED THE DAY and helped us out while working under a tight deadline for the District Attorney. A gorgeous and hard-worked for family heirloom opal and diamond ring, originally purchased in 1982 for $3,727.50 cash was appraised for over $14,000. Appraisals can take days or weeks to schedule, especially during the holidays. The DA needed an appraisal from us within 24 hours so Debbie and Cynthia worked tediously and with great knowledge and care to clean, measure, weigh, inspect, and double and triple check the heirloom piece. Debbie was gracious enough to clean another newer wedding piece during our visit! We also wanted to watch the appraisal take place, since the piece was over 42 years old and custom made. Debbie had no problem with that and made us feel at home. Highly recommended by the District Attorney and our TOP CHOICE for any heirloom, custom, or appraisal needs! Nuñez Fine Jewelers!
