Working with Farrah has changed my life in such a wonderful way. I signed up for weight loss coaching because I had a suspicion that I was stuck in the wrong habits I’d learned from trying every diet out there. I was snacking frequently on what I thought were healthy options, I hardly ever consumed protein and I’d lose and gain and repeat on and off rigid and boring diets. I learned so much about what my body needs- my nutritional meals are just that (fuel for me) and I am not emotionally eating any longer. I have tried a lot of new foods/brands and am ALMOST starting to like grocery shopping and cooking. I met my initial weight loss goal -I still have more to lose, but what I have learned will get me there. I have personally grown and built my self-confidence working with Farrah and I learned a lot about what it takes to maintain my weight loss when I reach my goal. When I initially signed up it was to get my weight under control, but what I got was a whole lot better-I now have the tools and education to be in total control of my weight forever. I highly recommend Nuvitru Wellness! P.S.-My husband and biggest supporter lost 10 pounds and hit his goal weight just from taking on some of my new habits!

The Nuvitru Wellness Team is absolutely incredible. I started my journey a year ago feeling so unwell and desperate for answers. They shipped everything I needed to get labs done directly to my house and the process was so easy. The past two years I have struggled with PAINFUL stomach issues. It didn’t matter if I would go out to eat or make something at home my stomach would always swell and have terrible pain after. I went to several different doctors and took dozens of test, no one had an answer. I kept hearing the same thing, “Take this medicine and let’s hope it gets better” I tried all sorts of diets, workouts, and even fasting but nothing helped. By the beginning of the year the only things I could eat were sandwiches and potatoes and I was drinking laxatives every day just to get by. I felt malnourished, had a hard time concentrating, experienced major mood swings, and really struggling sleeping at night. Finding Nuvitru not only has changed my health but the way I can live life. In the past four months, I have felt heard in my issues and this great team has done fantastic job of helping me find answers. I have never been more excited to eat vegetables or fruits and not having to fear when I go out to eat. I have more energy during the day and sleep better at night. My workouts are getting better. I don’t have as many mood swings and my thyroid is more in balance. I have learned a ton about myself and have gain a new confidence. Changing my gut health has changed my whole health. The Nuvitru nutritionists are AMAZING! Before I started working with them, I knew something was off but I wasn't sure what. I felt sluggish, bloated, and just overall meh most of the time. Within weeks of working with the team, I started to feel better and by month 2 I felt the best I ever had. I had so much energy, zero anxiety, no bloat, and just so good. I am forever grateful for the Nuvitru team. They taught me so much about my body, how to eat for me, along with other holistic tools and remedies!

I was sick of feeling sick and tired all the time. I finally decided to seek help with all of the issues I had been having and I am SO GLAD I did! I had dealt with bloating, brain fog, fatigue, trouble sleeping, skin issues, irritability, etc. I thought I could solve my problems on my own, but I finally gave up and sought help. I honestly didn't know what to expect, but the Nuvitru dieticians were fantastic! They were knowledgeable, kind, supportive and guided me along a path I could not have done on my own. They gave me detailed instructions to follow and were always there to answer questions, provide recipes, offer advice and solutions along every step of the way. It didn't take long before I was feeling SO MUCH BETTER!! I got my energy back, started sleeping amazing through the night, my tummy flattened and stopped giving me so many problems, I lost weight and I just felt GOOD and HAPPY again! Food makes such a difference and I am so glad Nuvitru helped me find the foods to FUEL my body instead of hurt it. I highly recommend them!
