Just wrapped up my wedding using NV, and it was the most wonderful experience! Chef Nate and the NV Catering staff exceeded expectations. From the first inquiry call to the end of the event, Chef Nate and his team were outstanding. We hosted a private open house for our new business location and not only did we want to highlight our beautiful new building, but also show our 170 guests how much we appreciated them. Chef Nate really listened to us and came up with a menu that was not only delicious to eat, but incredible to the eyes. There was definitely a wow factor. The wait staff was professional, courteous, and did an excellent job bringing trays around to our guests and cleaning up as they went. Chef Nate kept the food table full and beautiful. Really can't say enough about how wonderful the food and service was.
