Whenever we can't be home, the team at NYC Pooch has been our trusted partner for our two dog's care over the last 8 years. They've reliably helped us whenever we've needed daily walks or overnight dog sitting when we travel. Knowing we have an entire team of dedicated dog care professionals available to jump in and care for our dogs whenever we need them has been such a relief given our ever-changing work and travel schedules. Scheduling is easy and seamless using the app. The main office is always eager to help us out especially when we're in a pinch. Communication between us and the entire team, especially our primary dog walker, is always exceptional. We literally couldn't imagine living in NYC without NYC Pooch. Plus they're one of the few dog walking services in the city that will do private walks which our two dogs need. They've truly become part of our extended family. And it's not an exaggeration to say that our two dogs consider our primary dog walker/sitter their best friend. It's been incredible to watch their relationship grow over the years.
