I brought in my tortoise because I had some concerns about his shell. They were able to get me in quickly and Dr. Ocampo and Tech Kaylee were so nice and gentle with my guy! Dr. Ocampo was very informative and I feel more at ease. This was my first time coming to this clinic, and I will be back!

The doctor and staff were awesome on RayJ’s first visit. Everyone was kind and took the time to answer all of my questions. I really appreciated this and we definitely look forward to his next visit in September for annual vaccinations and teeth cleaning. Thanks to everyone!!! We had our visit in September for a teeth cleaning/extraction, vaccinations and ear infection. Everything went well and I definitely appreciated the doctor and staff keeping me apprised of RayJ’s procedures and condition throughout the day. Look forward to his recheck this week. The entire staff was wonderful and I know RayJ made new friends while there. Thanks to everyone for a good experiences. Very thankful that the staff was able to see RayJ on a Saturday morning due to the pain he was feeling from the compressed discs in his back. So far he has done well with the pain killer and anti inflammatory meds we took home. We are trying to follow Dr Dugan’s instructions for limited movement at home and I look forward to talking with her again with regards to follow up laser therapy to potentially manage the situation. Thanks to the staff for being so attentive to RayJ that morning.
