“I used to love bringing my car to Oasis because the old employees were fantastic. They knew what they were doing and really made the experience seamless. Now, the new staff seems to be more focused on getting tips rather than actually finishing the job properly. I ended up having to re-clean my car, and then they insisted on doing it again just to get a tip. It’s disappointing to see the service quality drop like this.”
