Oberer’s Flowers in West Chester is outstanding! I was so impressed by the quality and beauty of the arrangements—everything looked fresh, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful in guiding me to the perfect bouquet. Pickup was smooth, and the shop itself is bright, welcoming, and full of gorgeous options. You can tell they truly care about their craft and their customers. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and will definitely be returning for all my floral needs!

Oberer’s Flowers in West Chester is absolutely exceptional! Not only were the arrangements beautiful and incredibly fresh, but the staff made the entire experience unforgettable. Everyone I interacted with was kind, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed. They offered thoughtful suggestions without being pushy, and their knowledge of flowers and design really showed. You can tell they take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. The warm, welcoming service alone makes Oberer’s stand out—paired with their stunning arrangements, it’s easily a 5-star experience. Highly recommended!

I ordered flowers from Oberer’s in West Chester for my friend’s birthday, and they were absolutely perfect! 💐🎉 The arrangement was so bright, fresh, and fun—exactly what I was hoping for. My friend loved them and couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful they were! The staff was super friendly and made ordering a breeze, and delivery was right on time. I’ll definitely be using Oberer’s again for future birthdays and celebrations! 🌸💖

Oberer's Flowers is just amazing. Kathryn spent so much time with my mother and me selecting flowers for my Fall wedding (bouquets, boutonnieres, & corsages). She was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful with recommendations for my budget. The flowers turned out INSANELY gorgeous -- better than I could have ever imagined. I highly recommend Oberer's Flowers, and most importantly, I have so much gratitude for Kathryn!

I am absolutely heartbroken to write a negative review for Oberer’s Flowers since I have used this shop for years. For Valentine’s Day this year, my fiancé wanted to surprise me with a large custom bouquet. He was the FIRST customer to request a bouquet back in mid-January and supplied the florists with inspiration photos. The only request he made was to ensure the flowers were non-toxic to cats because we have 3 babies. Unfortunately, the bouquet was filled with hydrangeas, chrysanthemums, and eucalyptus (all are stunning but VERY toxic to cats). A quick google search could have informed the florist of flowers not to use. My fiancé does not work with flowers and to be fair he is a man (haha) so he wasn’t able to visually tell upon pickup that the bouquet was not safe for cats. The arrangement was absolutely stunning for the first 2 days, but quickly began to wilt. I changed the water after 2 days because the flowers sucked half of it up and I’ve had to stow away the arrangement in a separate room when I’m away (again to protect my cats). He put a lot of thought into this and paid over $90 for the bouquet. I can’t speak much on his experience with the florist, but he informed me they were very helpful and sweet when he was placing and picking up the order, earning this review an extra star. The thing I am most upset about is how the price does not match the floral quality.
