OEB Yaletown is absolutely fantastic! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, lively, and welcoming. The food is next-level—beautifully presented, incredibly flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Their breakfast and brunch dishes are creative and indulgent without being over the top, and everything we ordered was perfectly cooked. The service was friendly, attentive, and efficient, even during a busy time. It’s the kind of place that turns a simple meal into a great experience. Easily one of the best brunch spots in Yaletown—can’t wait to come back!

Amazing location. Has tons of gluten free options. The staff was so accommodating regarding the gluten allergy. Order Belgian waffle (gluten free) and it tasted so delicious. Best waffle I’ve had in such a long time! Customers might have to wait 20-30 minutes (on weekends) to get seated unless they are okay with outside patio seats that are heated. Overall, great experience here. Highly recommend.

This is a place with great integrity and respect. The manager William is amazing. The food and atmosphere is obviously great and thats why people love it. But it’s also good to know the management is very generous and they respect customers a lot. Look at their cute lavender latte :)

I ordered the breakfast Sammy. It was delicious!! The only thing is that they took too long to bring the food and the umbrellas didn’t protect us from the sun. Besides that, good service and amazing food! UPDATE: I was invited again to OEB. Thank you William, it was great meeting you and be back. The food, as always is amazing, you cannot go wrong. The staff are the nicest you’ll find in vancouver. Great attitude and always making you feel welcome. However, I had the same problem with the sunlight, even though I was seated inside, the sunlight hit me directly in the face. Also they took a lot of time to bring the food. I waited like 20 min for a coffee refill and had to asked three times to two different servers. Overall, the food is amazing and the staff are super nice. I will just improve the food times and the sunlight.

Went there for brunch with friends plus an infant and the place was very accommodating to our group. Although there was no wait, finding a nearby spot to park was difficult. The server recommended the non alcoholic Yuzu drink which I found it kind of disappointing for the price. Service was pretty standard so I'm giving it a low 4. The brunch options were pretty decent and poached eggs were done extremely well. One of the lobster options we chose was a bit disappointing as it was mixed more with small shrimp than actual lobster. For that experience, the food is solid 4. The atmosphere was pretty good and the washrooms were very clean. Solid 5 for the atmosphere. Overall, I will give this place another try if parking wasn't so inconvenient.
