I purchased a lovely dress for a special occasion a silk/cotton dress brand is "Once Was" it was over $400 and I only wore it a few times. Unfortunately the fabric as pulled away from the stitching and it now has several holes. I contacted the brand first and they recommended I contact the store. Neither were able to provide a refund or any kind of compensation. Very disappointing as I would never normally treat myself to such an expensive dress.
