Repeated excellent experiences with Off Leash K9 in recent months. Our Frisky young Pekapoo was a handful for us Senior Citizens but is much more manageable and enjoyable after 2 weeks of intensive training with Sarah, who is a great people instructor as well. Doggie daycare experiences include outings to places like the Pyramid, Lowe's and pet shops. Our Benjamin is always excited when we drive up to their front door.
First, I absolutely love that this service is concierge! Secondly, the trainer we have, Alex was not just a pet lover or dog enthusiast, she’s clearly an expert in her field with a high level of competence! The training results were virtually immediate. It’s important to note that the training only works if you complete the steps after the session. I would HIGHLY recommend this service. The puppy sessions were quite reasonable as well. Alex was always timely and fun as well.
Alex was a great trainer! She was flexible with scheduling and had great suggestions for places to work with my dog outside of the facility to get her more exposure to distractions and other dogs in a safe manner. She took the time to explain the logic behind what we were doing and made sure my dog understood what was being asked of her (and that I understood how to work with her at home). When we did train at the Off Leash facility, it was always clean and well maintained with plenty of treats and other training tools available as needed.
Benjamin has gone through the 2 week board and train program. Sarah was his trainer and there is not enough space for me to describe how successful and thorough his training was. I had looked at different programs and I’m so happy I went with Off Leash. He is still a playful and happy puppy but so much more obedient. We are using an e colllar that requires some getting acquainted with but it’s very effective. Sarah is the best. It was evident he liked her a lot and I think he misses her. Her positive training and follow up could not have been more effective. I highly recommend her as well as the others that I encountered at the facility.
Meredith has been wonderful to work with and has helped us to work better with our sweet Shiloh. She has provided practical and effective guidance in training our GSD. We have used the training, daycare and boarding services and trust each of the Memphis trainers to work with and care for Shiloh. The prices are reasonable and website user friendly. I would highly recommend Meredith, Alex and Sarah to work with your dog…you won’t regret it!
