Official Translations

I would give negative stars if I could. My husband submitted our child's birth certificate to their website after paying for a certified translation. It's a California birth certificate and we needed a translation from English to Arabic. Dario responded only after about a week had gone by, and only after we sent two emails to follow up. Eventually almost a month later we got a translation. It's been almost two months now, and since then, we've received 3 very bad translations. Here are some of the errors that were in the document (#3 still hasn't been corrected): 1. The actual birth day was wrong 2. Random letters in place of a middle name 3. The local registration number was transcribed from english to english (no translation), and was transcribed incorrectly 4. The birth city was incorrect 5. Parents information was incorrect (numerous errors) We haven't received a correct translation yet, and Dario has stopped responding. If you're looking for an accurate, or expedited translation, I advise you to look elsewhere. We feel that we've been scammed. * Edit Following Response from Owner: We received meaningful follow up only after filing a complaint with the better business bureau, and writing this review. We never asked for a refund. We simply wanted a birth certificate properly translated. While the refund is appreciated, we would much rather get the translated birth cert. Now it's weeks later and we're back where we started.

First translation I had from then was good. Second one showed up wrong. Was supposed to be Japanese to English and I got a random Spanish page. 2 weeks of contacting them through email, phone ect and not a single reply. I’ve called numerous times about a wrong order. Emailed, requested a new form online. Dario was the one I was working with originally. If something’s wrong you would think they would try and make things right not just completely ignore. Won’t be doing buisness again
