The OFI Store and Sir Daniel truly exceeded my expectations. I’m not someone who usually writes reviews, and I’m also very cautious when it comes to trusting repair shops. I went in with low expectations, honestly worried that I might get scammed but I left feeling surprised, grateful, and confident that I had made the right choice. They’ve gained a customer for life. I wanted to leave this review especially for people like me who second-guess going into stores like this, assuming everyone is just out to take advantage of you. This store has been established for 11 years, and that alone says a lot. Although the process took some time, Daniel was very transparent and reassuring. He made it clear that he would not return my PC until it was fully prepared, properly fixed, and ready to perform as a gaming setup. When unexpected issues came up, he took the time to fix everything possible to ensure the final result was done right and that I was fully satisfied. What stood out most to me is that this store doesn’t just prioritize money they genuinely prioritize the customer’s needs and experience. Because of that, I’ll definitely be returning not only for repairs, but also for maintenance, cleanups, and any future PC needs. Their pricing is fair, and their service is honest and thorough. Highly recommend. 20-10

I brought my computer in 12/19/25 originally for what I thought was a power supply repair and found out how old my unit was and needed a necessary update. It was during the busy holiday season so I knew it would take some time which didn't bother me. Especially as this is an independent business with Daniel managing most if not all of the tasks. 12/27/25 became the day my computer was worked on and Daniel even worked past store hours to ensure my new case and build were working fine. I appreciate his time, knowledge and effort during this whole process. Highly recommended! -Marcus

I had an excellent experience with Ofi-Store. Daniel delivered my case in perfect condition, and in addition to fixing the defect, he also did a cleaning that made it look like new. He is very detail-oriented and honest, with a very fair price. I will definitely come back.

I had an amazing experience here! The team helped me change my PC case, upgrade all the ventilation, and even installed Windows 11 for me. My computer is running better than ever now—cool, fast, and super smooth. They really know what they’re doing and took care of everything professionally. Highly recommend this place if you need any PC upgrades or repairs! I would go again in the future for more upgrades!!!

Had my PSU(power unit) burned out, and within a week they had the part ready, with good priced upgrades for my computer including new case, and fans. Give them time and your computer will be rocking and good to go.
