I would not pay these guys in full upfront. Once they have all your money, there’s no urgency or communication. I paid in full (debit card) six weeks ago (going on seven) for two special-ordered garage doors. Only after payment, they said installation would be 3-4 weeks. Now at six weeks, I’ve had to repeatedly call. Every time I call, the date gets pushed back—they blame the manufacturer. But I suspect they prioritize partial-pay customers who still owe them. I still have no install date. Now I’m calling & chasing again, since last time they promised the doors would arrive Monday, and I’ve heard nothing.

Mr Reilly promptly took the call and arranged for the technician. He forfeited service call charges…nice management and customer value… Mr technician Mr Dean R came and explained various way to do the repair. His advice was excellent. Decision made to replace drum, spring and rod mechanism.. he completed the task in jest 2 hrs and charges were reasonable. I highly recommend OHG and Mr. Dean..

Mechanical things in general and garage doors in particular are not things I understand, so I felt like I needed the professionals here. This company has been very helpful and professional from the get-go. The technician who came to fix the door today, Mason, was timely, extremely personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. The fix was more expensive than I was hoping for, but that’s true of everything these days, and I wanted to be sure it was done right - something I use and need to have working every day. I will not hesitate to call them again when needed!

I had a garage door break just before 5 pm. I called OGD and they scheduled a technician for the next morning. David was great. He knows his stuff and explained everything very clearly. I asked him to service the other two garage doors I have, which he did. This was great. And they are veteran owned. As a veteran I appreciate that.

Called at 6:35pm for emergency service and got a call back at 7:15pm. Guy asked if I could wait until tomorrow and when I said no he told me he would see if he could get a tech out. Needless to say I never got a call back or a tech out. Luckily I was able to get the door down myself so I didn't have to stay the night at work. Thanks for nothing. I will make sure never to call or recommend this company again, they obviously have enough business that customer service is not a priority.
