While doing our taxes the preparer didn't share what she was typing in to the computer. So it turned out that we owed the IRS. Later, when my husband was doing our city taxes he noticed that the preparer had added in some earnings from 2022. We went back to get it amended, but she charged us for it. It was her mistake but she wanted us to share in the blame. I don't care for the way this business is run. I get that everyone makes mistakes, but own up to them, don't blame your customer. Will never use this place again.

While all staff were busy, one advised she would clean off her desk and be with me in a few minutes. She was. I then received the professional help I have come to expect from them. Good people.
