I Love their quick and convenient service as well as keeping all my fluids and filters up to date. I love not having to leave my car. A bit expensive but way better than going to the dealer and waiting. Customer service is a bit inconsistent but overall way better the. Dealer who expects you to pay a premium to wait all day.
So it’s time for my next oil change. I was not happy to be informed that I now have to replace the bolt and spend more money on having the now stripped oil pan drain plug bolt extracted because this is what Oil Changers put back. I don’t care if it was in bad shape before I got there or not. I should have been shown this and given the option to replace it. I was also not happy that an oil soaked shop rag was pulled out of the drain pan space that had obviously been left sitting there. And the new cabin air filter I paid for? Installed with out the plastic wrap being removed. They are perfectly willing to try to upsell you on every little thing they can think of. They are not willing to take the time to do the work properly or do things that will take long term care of your vehicle. I will not be going back.
Came in for a break in oil change on a new car. Fast service and friendly staff. Isaac and Eli were great! They offer you a drink and you wait in the car. They explain what they are doing, and no pressure to buy any treatment. Definitely come here if you are in need of a quick oil change. Also, can't beat that they are open 7 days of the week. Great place!
Recommend this spot. The oil change time depends on how many cars are in line. They usually have three lanes open at one time. Plan for an hour at least. The technicians are respectful and explain everything about the service or services that are available. They offer a complimentary drink while you wait. You wait in your car. They accept cash or card.
EVERYONE IS FANTASTIC!! Top notch professionalism, manners and integrity bleeds from every corner. A MUST experience. VERY satisfied. Left the place feeling 100% confident in the full service oil change, tranny fluid change, tire check, filters replacements. Will never go anywhere else from here out. Was in & out in 40 minutes. They even served my coffee. Never had to get out of the car. It’s a drive through service. THANK YOU OIL CHANGERS!!! ❤️😎
